Hangar door type HG
The type HG is a thermo-insulated sectional overhead door for (very) large openings such as shipyards, aircraft hangars or industrial halls.
Knowing almost no limit in width nor height, this door has been especially developed to provide a maximum of comfort of use and cost efficiency despite its size.
Among other advantages compared to sliding doors, traditional solutions to the problem of closing large opening, the sectional overhead door type HG does not require any guiding rail on the floor.
The whole opening can be divided by manually or electrically powered mobile side posts which will allow a partial or complete opening of the door. This principle is known as Hallington Connecting System. Production, installation, use and maintenance of the door are advantageously affected by this principle as well as the wind resistance of the structure.
The type HG is also available in stainless steel, sound insulating and/or fire-retardant versions.
